The pandemic proved that nurses are a priceless commodity. Going back to business as usual in healthcare should not be the goal. However, having an inclusive approach on meeting the needs of healthcare obstacles that we’re detriment to the healthcare profession before covid must be met with beautiful change and beautiful outcomes. The way to ensure that we meet that goal, NURSES, and those who support their initiatives, must have a seat at the table.
