She has worked in various aspects of health care, such as, Bedside Nursing, Administration, Director of Nursing, Nursing Manager, Pediatric and Geriatric Nursing, Operative Services, Hospice, Hospitals, Medical Centers, Medical Offices, Home Health, Healthcare Consultant, as well as medical product sales. She created, Beautiful Nurses Movement, Esta Care Management, Beautiful Nurses Magazine. Junia resides in the Atlanta Metropolitan area and is married to Inspirational recording artist, Norris Gurganious. Junia and Norris lead a blended family with four daughters.
